Pros (+) Good location near Narita airport. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and also downtown shopping area. Staff were efficient, albeit appeared to be a slightly jaded from the constant flow of transit customers.
Cons (-) Rooms are dated and in need of an update. Check-in procedure quite regimented, with a strict check-in time. I can understand why from a staff perspective, but not so good from a customer service perspective.

Cons (-) I just didn’t like Is no free bottle of water,just bothers me too when I check in, the person in front of me have a 2 bottle of water gave from the counter. Maybe because they couple I don’t know.
Pros (+) It's 5 minutes from Narita's Airport.
Cons (-) Smelly room. Low quality linens. Solid rock mattress. Outdated. Air conditioner disconnected on purpose because Japan was in winter season, according to the front desk personnel. Pricey meals. I won't repeat it.
