Pros (+) Bed was comfy. Room service was ok.
Cons (-) - We arrived at 11pm (11 in the evening to be super clear) and not only did they have trouble finding the confirmed reservation, but they also didn't have the room ready. We booked days prior and also called to confirm the reservation the day before. - Upon checkout there was a $40 phantom charge that wasn't agreed upon.
