Pros (+) restaurants in the hotel
Cons (-) The service at this hotel is absolutely haphazard. Some evenings they do the turndown some evenings they don't, the same for water, tea, minibar, etc. It seems the staff there have no protocols for service delivery and they do things out of memory, and then forget to do things... it was really unpleasant. Also, the front desk never answers the phone!
