Pros (+) Economy Rooms are terrible: absolutely not like on the pictures in Kayak. It looks like did not have repairing last 40 years. Very noisy location: intersection of two huge avenues. No Air Conditioner, but if you open the window it is terribly noisy. Smell of smoke in non-smoking hotel. Staff is not hospitable: nobody is smiling, nobody wants to help.
