Pros (+) But Cosmos was a great place to stay! Clean rooms, good breakfast in the morning, great location near the metro that makes sightseeing simple, and helpful (just very Russian) staff- don't expect constantly smiling faces, but everyone has enough English to communicate.
Cons (-) My only complaint were the unsecured wifi networks, however the internet worked fairly well.
