Pros (+) The hotel is located in downtown Modena, basically at walking distance to the local markets and all the main landmarks of the town. The staff is super friendly and will help you on anything you'd ask. The rooms are very clean and quiet.
Cons (-) very minor: a few more hooks in the bathroom would be helpful

Pros (+) Well located quiet central position. Very clean. Staff very courteous and helpful. Nice breakfast fresh fruit, breads, cereal, fresh pastries. Juice and water on tables.

Pros (+) I enjoyed my stay. The proprietors are nice and helpful. We appreciated the parking nearby. The breakfast was perfect and the service was outstanding. We would recommend staying here.
