Pros (+) The water pressure of the shower.
Cons (-) Lack of cleanliness, there was dust on the headboard. Smell of tobacco use & other chemicals; I thought I was sleeping in a meth den. A shitty paint job; the doorframe on the inside looked like they stopped 5 minutes in. The bathroom door was dated and had paint peeling.
