Pros (+) It was very nice, hotels were great along with the washrooms and the pool area
Cons (-) Staff (front desk) were very rude. Made us feel they didn't want us to stay there. After checking in at 5, the second room was apparently "declined" until we received a call at 11 saying it went through. Customer service needs some work.

Cons (-) I had to live prematurely due to wife sickness. On the phone when I talk to the front desk informing of my early departure, categorically was told to refund will apply. Went down talk to Raman and she told me a different story and help recuperating my 2 days of over pay Celso Ravelo
Pros (+) The location was good - close to where I needed to be for a work trip and across from good shopping.
Cons (-) The room was dated and not very clean. The carpet had a big wrinkled stretch - the effects of age and (maybe) humidity. The bathroom smelled musty and wasn't very clean around the grouting. The furniture was dated fake oak, the TV only worked intermittently and the hot water not very hot. Wouldn't stay there again.
