I liked the friendliness, the breakfast and the rooms. The breakfast was good as well. However, the airport shuttle can be improved on, especially the pick-up. I had to wait for close to 45 Minutes in the cold before I eventually got picked up even after calling.

Pros (+) We had an unexpected overnight in Toronto when flight was cancelled. Booked a large room with a king bed. The room was lovely. Very comfortable bed, quiet room and met our needs.
Cons (-) We booked a large King bed, when I arrived front desk said you want two queens, no we booked a king. Oh we will give you a complimentary upgrade. Saying it was the booking site's error that you paid for basic room. But I did not, in fact I booked a room a few categories up. Shuttle took 45 minutes to pick us up after we called them. Pros (+) The staff is superb! Especially Jordan! We go back every year when we're flying out and they are always amazing and take extra good care of us. They remember who we are! Delightful staff! Quiet room. Comfortable night's sleep!
Cons (-) Restaurant: staff and food needs to be the same caliber as the front desk staff.
