Pros (+) I liked the location - several blocks from the water front - grocery store directly behind the hotel is also very nice - the dinning area was pleasant and the food was great! Try the Eggs Benedict you will not be disappointed!
Cons (-) If it were possible to update the building and keep the boutique feel that would be nice - otherwise its an old building with all original plumbing/heating/fixtures - the walls are thin, you will hear other guests even if they are talking at a normal level.
