Pros (+) The room was amazing!!! The staff did EVERYTHING possible to help me & my infirm mother. They were kind & compassionate. The shower in the room was like from hgtv. I don’t know how anything could have been better.
Cons (-) I don’t know. Everything was so perfect, I literally don’t know how it could be better.
