A really great "South of 5th" resort. Great location, walkable to everything! Amazing staff from the valet, to the front desk, to housekeeping, to the spa, to Santorini! Everyone is very friendly and helpful!

Pros (+) Everything! The staff is amazing and accommodating. The location is perfect.
Pros (+) Great location. The Italian restaurant down stars is phenomenal. The rooms were clean and the view was pleasant.
Cons (-) The hotel and the rooms have aged considerably during the past years. The rooms are tired and need to be revamped.
Pros (+) I liked that it was on the beach. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly and the location was ideal if you're looking for an authentic Southbeach experience.
Cons (-) I didn't like being so close to Nikki Beach because the music could be heard in our room from 6 AM to midnight. The food at the hotel was way overpriced ($22 per person for an average breakfast and $16 for a mixed drink!!) I also didn't care for the tiny pool, but the beach made up for it.
