Pros (+) Very helpful staff, though limited English proficiency. The hotel is near a train (Metro) station, which makes it easy to get around the city for 5pesos one-way.
Cons (-) Being nitpicky here...the cleaning staff starts going around a little too early for my liking. I think around 8:30 or so I they go around, While I had the do-not-disturb notice on my door, I could still hear them them knocking on nearby doors since they were so close.
Pros (+) Location was exceptional. Very accessible to all kinds of public transportation, fairly safe area except the back of the hotel (from outside). It needs more lighting and have a more friendlier appearance. Bellman/security very friendly some of them very knowledgeable, and the young lady that serves the food at the breakfast buffet really knows what the customer service business is all about. She h...
Cons (-) Staff for the most part don't know what they are doing during check in/out.they seem lost. I'll give the front desk manager the credits for their lack of customer service and old system to run the operation.
