Pros (+) The front desk staff were polite and apologetic about the accommodations (the young lady told us that the only room that was available on the first floor was one we could not complain about). There was no elevator to get to the second floor and I was not able to climb the stairs so the original room was not an option. The grounds and pool were nice. Newly seeded grass. Housekeeping staff pleasant.

Cons (-) Non smoking rooms smelled like an ashtray we had to switch rooms since my husband and 3 girls have asthma and the people next to is smoking . Day of arrival was calling front desk for a baby crib and nobody could find a key so my baby slept on a bed with older sister and securited bed good as possible well she fell. Pros (+) It was nice and quite area. Didn't get to the breakfast in time so can't say anything about that. Don't clean out cigarette's containers because someone put doggy poop bags there. They were never picked up the whole time we were're there.

Cons (-) The room smelled bad and had acrid air which kinda burns your lungs. The sheets didn't appear to be clean and the room wasn't very clean either. It seems like many guests were living there and they looked sorta "MethHeady" Don't stay here.
