We stayed there because it was 1 mile to Sloan Park where we saw a Cubs spring training game. Convenient and easy access. Typical Hyatt Place room which I like. Friendly staff. The free breakfast was satisfactory but nothing special. It was close to Papago Park where we hiked the Hole in the Rock and nearby buttes trails.
Pros (+) Simple, quaint, clean. All the essentials.
Cons (-) Nothing.
