The price was right, and the room was clean and well equipped with standard amenities and comfortable beds. Very much a basic place to stay.
While centrally located and conveniently situated next to I-5, accessing the hotel is frustrating. The roads go in and out wrap around in circles, and area residents laugh at that as if it’s a local joke. Getting in and out directly from I-5 is fine, but if your going other directions it is weird. A pleasant surprise! Very nice rooms, comfortable, bed was great. Nice pool (indoor) and fitness cent. Attached restaurant is also quite good witha traditional American offerings. Definitely would stay here again.
Needs to be remodeled but was okay for price.
Horrible shower head was like needles
Hotel restaurant was excellent. Good food, large portions, very friendly waitress. Also, got 50% discount coupon from hotel. With coupon, breakfast was $5.99 with coffee included.
Room was not ready at 4:45 pm. We were given the keys and asked to wait 15 min. Was dirty 1/2 he later w/toilet bowl very dirty (fecal matter on bowl). Talked to maid staff who said room had not yet been cleaned. Asked to wait another 20 min. while maid cleaned the room. Was front desk problem, not maid staff.
No frills, clean. Very good location for crater lake visit.
Surrounded by cheaper motels and in a shady area. Two cars were broken into in the one night we stayed there. Don't leave anything in your cars.

Attractive, clean and comfortable Hotel.
When we entered the room at approx 11:30 pm, the toilet was constantly running trying to fill its tank. The toilet chain would catch and the toilet would fill with water in the tank often. Room clean, staff friendly and vibing good spirits. Thanks! Bathroom clean enough but tiling was chipped and needs scrubbing. Allowed us to change rooms so we could have a tub, which afforded us another queen bed. Location was good for next day travel to Crater Lake. Room was large and clean. Restaurant on-site was good.
Gym equipment was worn, old, or not working. We were relegated to what can only be described as a 'basement room.'
