I had no hot water for 36 hours in my room. They did offer to change room but it would have been a hassle. The carpet in the hallways was horrible and ripped up and torn on the fourth floor. The pictures look so nice on the net but the floor was in really bad shape. The people behind the desk were great and very helpful. Its difficult to cross the street going over to the greenbelt Mall because there is no pedestrian light that goes on. So you have to run between traffic. So it's difficult if you want to access to greenbelt everyday. So the location is good or bad depending on where you have to go to. The internet was great. Had no problems. It's a lot better than most hotels I've stayed in in the greenbelt area, since they all have multiple problems. Hotel management in the Philippines in general is the worst in the world, even though the help behind the desk tends to be the nicest.
Pros:The cleanliness of the hotel and room. The service they provided making you feel right at home. The location was perfect for me and what I wanted to do.
Cons:The card key not working then having to go to the ftont desk to get a new one.
