Dog allowed for $20. Real breakfast, not continental, is included. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. The grounds are a little trashy , but Lubbock is very windy so it's probably impossible to keep clean. Safe area.

Cons (-) Bathrooms could use more hooks or shelving for towels & clothes. Also a better shower head for stronger water flow. Cable also went out in the middle of a movie. Tried the front desk but no answer and cable didn't come back till the next morning.
