Cons (-) The first thing we noticed when entering our room is that the toilet was running nonstop. Almost immediately after, we noticed that there was black mold in the bathroom. The third negative thing is that the carpet, in front of the air conditioner was wet. Pros (+) The staff was excellent. Great customer service. Louisville has a lot of great tourist attractions!!
Cons (-) No microwave in the room, but mostly I didn't have enough time to see all the attractions the city has to offer.
Pros (+) The price was decent. Shuttle doesn't run late. Staff was very professional. Overall decent. When I mentioned my concerns, the front desk apologized, and informed me they were remodeling extensively this summer. I would consider coming again after remodeling.
Cons (-) Bed was sagging, room was older, and furniture was aged.
