Cons (-) I believe that a housekeeping staff member mistakenly removed personal products of mine from my room. When I asked the managers about this they immediately checked into it, but said that nothing was removed. I know that is not the case, so it's a bit disappointing that they didn't consider that they perhaps did make a mistake.
