Pros (+) Location convenient to Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate Underground.
Cons (-) No elevator nor assistance to haul luggage up several flights of stairs.Room too small; almost must climb over bed to access bathroom.which must enter sideways and can't even turn around so small - so have to back out. Bad internet. Unfriendly breakfast. Most annoying was I was willing to stay a second night to avoid hassle of changing hotel, and was told that would not be a problem. But the next ...
