Pros (+) Front desk and restaurant staff was terrific and helpful, breakfast was excellent quality and offered a great selection.
Cons (-) Television made loud, crackling noises on several channels, upholstery on a chair was extremely worn, carpet had a bad stain.

Pros (+) Good room, nice pool, good staff. Pool staff Sarah, and Raphael in the lobby were particularly helpful and pleasant and knowledgeable.
Cons (-) No problems, an overall great stay. Didn't sleep well on our last night due to noise from party of 200 business conference guests. An observation though; Pool staff are understandably not allowed to wear sunglasses, but it is glaringly hot and bright on the roof. Suggestion: offer them the use of a sun visor (health and safety/ humanitarian reasons.
