The service was inconsistent and disappointing. Some of the staff were helpful, but others were not knowledgeable and made no effort to help answer questions. We were traveling with an infant and requested a crib in advance; it wasn't in our room when we arrived, but they assured us they would bring a crib and crib sheet. When housekeeping dropped off the crib, it was accompanied by a queen size flat sheet. We called the front desk and put in 3 requests for a crib sheet, and three hours later, we still had nothing. Finally the housekeeping staff came by with another flat sheet and tried to explain to us that this was the only sheet they had for the cribs. It's shocking to me that a hotel would ask us to take a queen size sheet and tuck it into the sides of a pack'n'play crib for our infant's sleep -- incredibly dangerous and also unreasonable for a hotel that offers cribs to not stock crib sheets. We were also traveling with family members who have food allergies, and the staff were entirely unhelpful. We went down for breakfast and asked questions of the kitchen staff and service staff, and their answers were "I don't know anything about that." None of the food service staff tried to get more information, track down allergen info - nothing. We went to the front desk and talked to them, and they just went back to the kitchen and said there was no information on allergens they could provide. So our family members with allergies couldn't eat without assurances that the food was safe, and we needed to go elsewhere to purchase separate food. I have to believe we aren't the only people who have ever stayed at the hotel with food allergies. Maintaining even a simple allergen chart for their foods or requiring staff be knowledgeable on how to answer guest questions does not seem like a huge feat. The service was inconsistent at best. The second day of our stay, a few members of my family went down to get breakfast (those without allergies), and there was no hot food available. I was very disappointed overall with the Embassy Suites. I've had great stays at Embassy Suites before, so I'm hoping this location was just a bad egg, but I won't be going back there again.

Hot tub not available. Black mold in paper coffee cups in room. No plastic cups in room anymore? No liquor served at reception. Limit 2 beers. Limited breakfast variety on Monday morning. We have always stayed at Embassy because of the reception and great breakfast, now I don’t feel there is anything special about Embassy. been staying at Embassy for 30 years. Staff was very friendly!

Pros:the free parking while out of town, the managers reception, and made-to-order breakfast were all great!! these three extras bring us back every year!!
Cons:The room rates have reached a point where we may need to stay elsewhere next year...

Pros:It was nice clean room and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Overall enjoy our stay and would stay there again.
Cons:The hot tube was not working and the pool was cold.

Cons:This hotel is under construction. Should have been told that prior to booking. Heating unit in my initial room failed even after maintenance tried to repair. Slept in a cold room for the first 2 nights and acquired a head cold making my trip and training miserable.
