Pros (+) The staff were excellent. Very friendly and polite. Incredibly accommodating and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Cons (-) The location was hard to get to unless you had a car or cab. They could've included shampoos and conditioner in the rooms at the least - especially £80 a night! All we had was soap in the bathroom.
