Cons (-) The room was above the exhaust fan (which ran 24 x 7) for the spa.
Pros (+) We loved the layout of the room.
Cons (-) We could hear a constant beeping noise outside (possibly the cross walk). The plug in the jetted tub would not seal properly. I also was not sure how to get the jets to start.
