Pros: Timing was bad. But aside from that, the bed was saggy and not terribly comfortable in the cheaper North Tower. The room's carpet left my white socks black on teh bottom after walking around for a few hours. The bathroom looked less than stellar. The location is usually great, and they have no resort fee, which I appreciate, but compared to two past visits in the past year, this particular room was a low grade.

Pros: Rooms were very generous with enormous comfortable beds. Everything was as promised with the booking. Hotel was enormous and walking from room to exit, for example, was quite a journey but entertaining nonetheless. Some idiot had stolen the tv remote batteries and this was replaced in less than 15 minutes. The same idiot had locked the room safe open but this took a lot longer to fix (over an hour) since it required both the maintenance guy and a security man. Finally is there really any need to charge over $11 to connect to the internet when everywhere else provides it free, including McDonalds next door
