Everything was amazing, if I could improve on anything it would be the water pressure in the shower and removing older bath towels. This resort is absolutely the best and second place is far far behind.

I don’t know where to start. They did not hold my reservation of a king room. My room was downgraded and they offered no discount. They offered to waive the resort fee, which did not really amount to much considering rooms were about $700/night. Thank God my credit card company cared more about my satisfaction than this hotel did. They are so busy they don’t care about any single guest. Really sad...
