Pros (+) America's Best Value Inn in Las Vegas is truly basic, but adequate and clean. Laundry facilities are a big plus!
Cons (-) Noisy people outside every night. Loud, nasty argument in one unit on first night. Shabby registration office. Lots of touch up painting needed.

Pros (+) The location was okay, we were walking distance from the strip. It’s close to the airport which would’ve been nice had we flown.
Cons (-) The bed was terrible and nothing but old springs. There was absolutely nothing like in a typical hotel (tissues, coffee maker, broken tv remote.) it was just so old and icky-feeling. The shower above us obviously had a leak and was dripping through our bathroom ceiling. I get it was a budget room but it felt too cheap to recommend to anyone. Definitely won’t stay there again.

Pros (+) So close to the places I needed to go fast easy to find plus they're pet friendly which I love since I take my puppy around with me everywhere.
Cons (-) No shower amenities besides the soap they had.

Pros (+) a bit of walking distance to the strip, but not horrible, just was there for the night to sleep
Cons (-) the ac in the room didn't work well so room stayed warm.
