Pros:Clean & comfortable room
Cons:Bathroom was showing age, several so-so repairs were visible. Rest of room was fine. “Hot breakfast” was waffles, other items for breakfast were cereal and mini muffins.
Pros:The staff were wonderful, attentive and very helpful.
Cons:The hotel needs several upgrades to meet usual standards. Soap, shampoo and towels were in short supply.
Pros:If there are more posh hotels, I wasn't too troubled with looking. Proximity to shopping, cinema, and convenience store leave little to be desired. Dual-bed rooms have sitting area with lamps, couch, table, and desk. Good WiFi coverage with approx 10Mb/sec/client during weekdays and weekends. Full toiletries in bathrooms Available laundry, vending, ice, fitness room, outdoor pool.
Cons:Aging AC unit and cold shower in room, not issue with previous visit. A few bugs, but no parasitic species found in room On-site vending infrequently maintained Cosmetic maintenance issues
Pros:Friendly Staff
Cons:Breakfast was terrible, they must put a microwave for clients to use. No fried eggs, bacon, sausage or hash browns. The only hot food was half cooked boiled potatoes mixed with one egg!!!! This was every single day!!! No variety whatsoever!! The TV in the breakfast room didn't work either!! The bathroom tiles needed grouting as they were very dirty and parts missing, not very nice when you are having a shower!!

Cons:First room they sent me to had not been cleanes, they sent me to another room, no batteries in the tv remote, no towels in the bathroom, looked like the roomwas furnished from a yard sale.

Pros:There was parking space available, this time. A king bed & non-smoking were available. Blow dryer, micro, mini-fridge and ironing board were in the room. The iron you had to go & sign for from the front desk. The room had a sofa, coffee table, and a work desk with a lamp. The room has accessible places to plug in our power cords. We did not need a password or to jump thru hoops to access the wireless internet.
Cons:The AC wasn't cooling well. It felt more like a fan. The mattress was very bouncy...felt like a water bed. The room's door had the bottom weatherseal coming off. Hallway light entered underneath the door. You could see the light coming in as you lay in bed. The bathroom ceiling light cover was missing. Bulb was exposed. Breakfast closes at 9:30 am....at 8 am they ran out of waffle mix. What was left of the eggs with potatoes tasted bland & powdery. The front desk was not manned around 9:25 am, we had to ring the bell & someone eventually came over from the kitchen/dining area to assist. Upon check-in, the front desk had trouble locating the Kayak reservation I made about 30 minutes earlier. Even with the reservation number. It took about 20 to 25 minutes to find it & check us in.
Pros:Nice and helpful front staff.
Cons:It was 10:30 pm and there was still loud music blasting in the 1st floor from a party. The pillows are tiny and not comfortable. The hotel needs an update.
Pros:I like that the hotel tried to update its facilities.
Cons:The updates were done by a cheap carpenter/handyman that left a large amount of defects. The furniture had obvious stains also.
