Pros (+) Excellent hotel, clean, modern. Concierge was very helpful. Internet was free and reasonably fast. Location is a little away from the main sites to see but relatively close to Kyoto station. Overall, excellent place to stay. Please do not bring your kids here.
Cons (-) The entire hotel was generally excellent for adults, business travelers, solo travelers, romantic getaways. Exception was that there was one family with possibly the only children in the hotel running/stomping around. Not appropriate. Please don't bring your children, this is not Disneyland, or at least keep your children under better control.
Pros (+) Rooms nice modern and spacious. Great bathroom and shower. Staff all spoke English and extremely nice and helpful
