Pros (+) I liked the customer service additude of the staff. Mr Ong in the reception area creates a festive atmosphere with his interaction and positive response to any question or problem. The hotel was just remodeled and it seems they never set up the TV in our room. Cons (-) I was in room 504 and being a retired University Facilities Director, I can tell you that they never did a proper startup on the facilities to get out all of problems fixed that are common after construction.
