The breakfast and coffee in the morning was good and was enough to get you going for the day. The staff was friendly the site is refreshed and very clean. I had an EV and they offer charging which made any worry about powering the car a non-issue. What could have been better? Some people don't have a problem parking in the spots for EV cars and took them despite the availability of other spots so ...

The place is nice, offers a lot of amenities, especially in the room. There was a refrigerator, microwave and keurig for coffee. The room was clean. The guests in the room next door were chatting at 2:30 a.m. and it was like they were right in our room, the walls let all the sound travel through. Also, the shower curtain was cotton, no liner. Pros (+) Cllean comfortable and quiet.
Cons (-) Facility was adequate for the price point.
Pros (+) I liked the attention of the staff, very friendly. The hotel and the room were very clean. Comfortable beds. Also that the room included microwave and Keurig coffee maker.
Cons (-) The footsteps and noises of the people on the top floor are heard quite a lot. (we stayed in the 3rd). The heating emits an unpleasant smell, we could not use it.
Pros (+) Easy to get to Universal and Disney. Lots of convenience nearby (Walmart, Publix, gas stations, and restaurants). Bathrooms looked redone recently. Breakfast was hot and satisfying. Staff was pleasant to work with. Pool area looked nice but we didn't have time to try it.
Cons (-) We figured out that the hot water had to run for about twenty minutes to get warm enough for a shower. Still renovations in progress which are needed for carpets. My daughter was hoping for pancakes or waffles for breakfast but those are not offered.
