It is dated. The ceiling in our room was cracked all the way across. Vents in common area are extremely dirty. The beach scene around the pool is covered/"fixed" with duct tape. The breakfast option was ok but the only fruit they had was a couple apples. There is an old bar in the breakfast area that looks abandoned. This place was probably nice years ago.
