Cons (-) Bedroom needed blinds. Room got bright fairly early from the bedroom window, and the bathroom window, since the bathroom door of the ensuite was just frosted glass. Noise travelled. Had kids running up and down the hallway in the morning, and outside around the pool. Might have been better on a higher floor, or if not during school holidays.
