Pros:Check in was simple and quick
Cons:My girlfriend and I have stayed in this establishment in the past and have had decent experiences. However this was not one of them. Upon arrival, there was a damp smell throughout the room that did not go away. There was a dead insect on the ground near the tv, and a roach scurried past us a few minutes into our being there. We decided to try and make the best of things and relax, but upon laying down on the bed, we both began to itch. Frankly we weren't sure if the sheets had been washed. There were children running around until well past 10pm with what I can only assume were their parents being just as (if not more) loud. The final straw for us was this loud clanking noise that continued for several minutes. At this point nearly an hour after arriving at our room we couldn't take it anymore. We left, went down to the front desk, and informed the young lady there we would be leaving due to the above mentioned issues and would need a refund. She informed us we would need to reach out to priceline and would also need the approval of the manager. However, as of the time of writing this review, I am still looking at a full charge for the room and will be reaching priceline customer service again regarding the issue as I was informed that they would address it. I'm sorry to say that this is not at all the standard I had come to expect from Tricove and will not be staying there in the future if this is what is to be expected from this point forward.

Cons:The staff was very friendly and the check in and out process was very simple. The room is spacious but the beds are too soft. It is very noisy and impossible to sleep through the night. Couldn't even stay long enough to have breakfast because it was just that uncomfortable.

Pros:The Bed was good and it had a nice hardwood like floor.
Cons:Everything else was not good, bad towels, bathrooms not cleanest, spartan room, terrible continental breakfast
