Cons (-) Bed tilted every time you turned over, carpet was wet by a/c unit, when the bathroom was steamed from the shower, the toilet paper would become soggy, strikingly painful water pressure stabbing your skin, hardly any lightbulbs, downright disgusting & lots of construction going on to block entrance at the time.

Pros (+) The staff was polite and professional. The price if you're on a budget. The hotel was convenient to the bus station. The room was pretty clean. On the first night there were no roaches.
Cons (-) There were no microwave nor a refrigerator at one of the rooms that I stay at on the first night. However, there was a microwave and refrigerator on the second night. Also there were a few roaches in the room.

Pros (+) The best/only thing good about this hotel is its location. I now know why this is one of the cheapest hotels in Jacksonville. The rooms are subpar at best; room cost me $50, not worth more than $30, in my opinion. The "mattress" is just a large block of foam precariously placed on top of plastic pipes. Every time I tried to get out of bed, the whole set up would tip over. Pillows were flat dollar ...

Pros (+) That they allowed me to cancel the 2nd night with no charge.
Cons (-) Felt like a chatge by the hr motel. Stay away!
