Pros (+) Overall it was a bad hotel. They are renovating and I'm sure more improvements will come. The staff were really good. Many restaurants are only a few miles away. As well as shopping. For the money you pay the value is good.
Cons (-) The room was small but you are there to sleep. Slight musty smell in the room but it went away after running the air conditioning.

Pros (+) Location was very close to where I needed to be. The room was the smallest I have ever seen. The bed was full size instead of Queen. No closet in the room. It was a shelf in the wall with no hangers on it. Towels were filthy.
Cons (-) Wanted to check in at 2:25 when I arrived in town, but was told there is a $25 early checking fee for anytime before 3pm. Asked for a larger room and said it was an additional fee for changing rooms.

Cons (-) I HAD TO RE CLEAN MY BATHROOM AND THE AIR DID NOT WORK PROPERLY. I did not go to the front desk because for me it was OK. Not a fan of the air. But it was a hot night. The fan served its purpose

Pros (+) Waffle house in walking distance.
Cons (-) I've already reviewed this hotel on my last stay. I'll just repeat that if you want to check in at 2:59pm, be ready to pay $25 early check in fee. Check in is at 3pm, not a second earlier.

Pros (+) Almost nothing. There is a Waffle House in walking distance.
Cons (-) No check in early unless you want to pay $25 extra. Even if they have a clean room waiting for you, no check in early. My son and I got there at 1pm, no check in early. We slept on their couch until they let get our room. Would not recommend. Only reason I'm back is because I had already paid for the room along with my cruise. Pros (+) Room was very clean. Close to airport, we just needed to catch an early flight out the next morning, so it worked for us. Rate was okay for what it was, it definitely should not be more.
Cons (-) Room was very very tiny. Towels were threadbare, they need to be thrown out and replaced.
