Pros (+) Bare minimum room. Convenient location and easy parking.
Cons (-) Bathroom floor seemed dirty. Peeling wall paper. Flat screen TV didn't really turn off - just a glowing black screen. Would have expected this from an under $100 place but I definitely didn't pay that and I've stayed at nicer $70 places

Cons (-) Noisy neighbors. Motel was rather old, but clean, but the walls/floors allowed too much sound to pass.

So i ended up showering in a tub full of water. We were told the password to connect to the Internet but there were 5 different things that said medowcourt inn and we could not log on to any of them. Pros (+) Inexpensive hotel - cheaper than any other option including AirBNB. Bathroom fixtures worked well. Towels and bedding were ok.
Cons (-) No elevator for 2nd floor rooms. Room not cleaned during stay except for new towels.
