Pros (+) Staff was articulate and clear on all explanations. They brought us the kitchen amenities we needed before we even say down in the room. Were not over barring. The room service wasn't available since we were only there two nights; this was a plus because that limited the amount of "*knock knock* room service " we heard from the hall.
Cons (-) Room was quite small. Any more than 2 days would've been stressful. The door has enough space for your fingers to reach underneath to the other side. This allowed a great deal of light into the room at night. There's also a lower set peephole that allowed light right at eye level when sitting in the chair.
