Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and convenient location near key destinations. Many guests feel the hotel offers good value for money and appreciate the comfortable beds and well-maintained facilities. However, several reviews mention recurring issues with the elevator being out of service and slow or unreliable wifi. Some guests also note dated room features and minor maintenance needs, but overall, the positives outweigh the negatives for most visitors.
