Pros (+) The staff was the hallmark, no request too difficult or too mundane. And all cheerfully met. Cons (-) During the first night, we had a street view room, and being a Saturday night, there was quite of bit of traffic noise that could be heard in the room. At breakfast early the next morning, the waitress asked how did we sleep? We mentioned the traffic noise. WIthin 3 minutes the hotel manager came and changed our room to a garden view.
