Cons (-) The towels had hair in them
Pros (+) Location, friendly staff.
Cons (-) Rooms and halls smelled of smoke, toilets were not working after several attempts by "handyman" to fix it. But by far was the noises that could be heard through the walls. We had 2 small children that had a lot of questions about the noises coming from the adjacent room.
Pros (+) Great customer service. Good location. Close to beach, zoo, water park, and several good restaurants. Clean.

Pros (+) Service was polite, room was clean, we didn't really ask for anything so it's not like we got to see much of the staff anyways. We just wanted a cheap place to stay so we could enjoy the beach. But while we were there it was acceptable. No real complaints here.
Cons (-) There's no elevator in the first building because there's only 2 floors. Call me lazy, but I didn't like carrying all my bags up a flight of stairs.
Pros (+) There was an incident with one of the guest when I got there. I told the lady at the front desk and apologize. It wasn't get fault. She didn't have anything to apologize for. That was great customer service.
Pros (+) I enjoyed the way the room was decorated and the cleanliness. The room did not look the same size as the pictures-it was much smaller. They had friendly staff. The location was excellent as well by the beach and fun attractions.
Cons (-) I didn't care for the confusion upon first arrival. They could not find my reservation. I was almost charged double for the room. The breakfast was dry, hard, and tasteless.
