Pros (+) I liked nothing about the hotel. I didn't stay and tried to get my money back.
Cons (-) The hotel was sub-standard, unclean, and the visitor could smell mildew. You refused to refund my money, though I didn't use your suggested hotel, and l will be reporting this unethical practice to the BBB.
