Pros (+) I liked the location
Cons (-) The fact I have pictures and how dirty my room was. Dirty sheets.... A/C cents covered in years of dust... Hairs on the bed and pillows I got a sleeping bag and new pillow for $30 at Walmart and didn't use anything else. Nasty.
Pros (+) Basic, comfortable room, no frills but didn't need any. For the price it was worth it; clean, secure, private, comfortable, everything worked. Didn't need to pay an extra $30/might for a coffee maker and cold breakfast. Only 1 bar of soap and two glasses, but again I appreciate the clean place to stay without breaking my budget. Staff was great!
Cons (-) Found a hair but felt it was just one from the maid, staff responded wonderfully when told about it.
Pros (+) Had problems with TV and Internet . Night staff had no idea how to help.Manager in am took care of problem..and made up for it by Reimbursing us for being put out. Appreciate management who knows how to professionally take care of their guests and make it right .
Cons (-) Not having TV or Internet for the nite. Also no carpet on floors which I'm sure was to keep costs down but a lot of construction workers were staying there who wore work boots and so we were awaken at 4:30 am to loud footsteps in upper room and side rooms as they were getting ready to leave for work.
Pros (+) It met all expectations. Very clean. For the price, I'd upgrade "great" to "excellent".
