Cons (-) Very limited selection for emergency food supplies. But in all honesty several stores with walking distance.
Pros (+) Quiet, easy to get to (from ferry), convenient if visiting East Beach... Very close to East Beach, and The Strand is a quick, easy drive away, as is UTMB (Hospital). I would describe this s more of a neighborhood hotel, versus tourist focused. There is a small pool in front of hotel (next to basketball court)- nothing luxurious, but at least there is a pool (small & clean).
Cons (-) Placement of basketball court (directly in front of hotel, 3 steps from hotel rooms -although, i couldnt hear people on the court, its not what you want to see when you open your window.
