Rooms are very run down. A lot of basic tlc has been missed over the years. Rooms are barely clean on the surface. Do not look under beds, behind TV, under desks as you will see 10 years of dust and grime. Busted TV, busted door lock, and busted towel holder. Clearly no manager has looked at the rooms in a long time. Pool area and lobby are pretty nice for what it's worth.

Pros (+) Across the street from the beach. Balconies! Ocean view. Nice lawn in front to relax and watch the waves. Free parking.

Pros (+) The location is great proximity to the beach. There was a big, clean, beautiful pool with a swim up bar. They have happy hour so it's reasonably priced. The hotel has buffet breakfast for @ $12/person. The room was clean, with a balcony with views of the ocean & overlooking the pool. Every room here faces the ocean so there is no bad view. I will go back to this hotel!

Pros (+) This hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly. We had a problem with our cable, and the maintenance man was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is so Close to the beach, and has a great pool. recommend this hotel!
