Cons (-) We were placed in a handicap room with walk in shower, the shower over flowed and entire bathroom floor was flooded every time we showered. We had to call multiple times for extra towels to dry the floor. The channels on the tv kept going in and out which is frustrating when you're trying to watch a game. Thin walls and loud guest made it impossible to get a good nights rest. Will not be returning...

Pros (+) Being right on the beach with a balcony facing the ocean was great! Heated pools and hot tub were nice to have since we came in winter months and ocean was cold. Also liked having a full fridge and microwave in room.
Cons (-) Noise, there were a lot of families with children staying near us. You could hear them in the halls running and above us. But I guess that's to be expected in a hotel, just felt that I could hear them well.

Pros (+) The room overall was quite nice. I like that I had a fridge and microwave. The pullout couch was nice for the extra sleeping space, especially since I was traveling w/a friend. proximity to the beach and the pool/courtyard area were all great!
Cons (-) Was not a fan of the bathroom. No exhaust fan meant it stayed steamy, and of course nothing to suck up any smells. the shower design allowed water to get all over the entire bathroom floor. And lack of usable counter space as well. If the shelf above the toilet was flush with the wall instead of having that 1 inch gap, it would have been helpful, stuff kept sliding and falling through that gap, wh...

Pros (+) We came for our anniversary with the intention of getting a nice room on the beach especially for the amount charged for the room but instead we got a motel like room with an horrible view of the parking lot it took all I had not to busy out in tears.. The staff was not friendly and when asked about changing rooms was told no.. I am very disappointed.
