Pros (+) The first impression was very negative: odd crowd, some people were loitering around, overall made me feel quite uncomfortable. The room was simple but clean. Cons (-) The room was filthy. The toilet paper has been peed on. The bedspread had filth on it. The bathroom door was dirty. 2 cockroaches were seen. i paid top dollar for a place that could have ranked lower than the homeless shelter. Never again!
