Cons (-) House keeping doesn't clean the rooms. Thur Evening Check-in, floor wasn't vacuumed. Fri returned from an all day outing, bed not made, floor still not vacuumed, no dirty cups removed nor replaced with clean cups, no soap or shampoo/conditioner replaced. Pros (+) Liked overall appearance. Liked the split areas. Great accommodations. Very friendly professional staff. Clean.
Cons (-) A/c was not sufficient for our liking. Not enough hot water for Sunday morning shower.
Pros (+) The room design is unique, spacious and most comfortable! My great nephew stayed with me and having 2 sinks in the room was a definite advantage! Beds are unbelievably comfortable! The breakfast that was included with the room rate was abundant and delicious!
Cons (-) The route to this one from the main interstate is a little circuitous, but once I learned the route, it became much easier.
Pros (+) Beautiful room, really comfortable bed, very helpful staff...I travel for work and this is the best hotel experience I've had in a long time.
Cons (-) Breakfast offerings could be more diverse, (breakfast is free) but what was there tasted good. Other than that, this place really was great.
