Pros (+) Every member of the staff we encountered were exceptionally pleasant, frontdesk, custodial, food and brevage, everyone. Room clean and beds comfortable.
Cons (-) There is nothing I can enter here. Kudos to the hiring manager and trainers of this staff and to the workers, fantastic!
Pros (+) I traveled alone. The staff was awesome! Jamila was at the front desk with another young lady. They were kind, informative, welcoming & pleasant . I even enjoyed conversation with the man who work at the continental breakfast. Performance evaluation= highly effective. 6/12-6/14, 2015
